Varinea promptly answered my concerns. Somehow my order arrived damaged, the box was soaked with shampoo. She responded within 12 hrs of my email and apologized along with sending another bottle.

This is an updated review and i have upped my rating, due to getting a positive resolucion from the team. The products feel very nourishing and go a long way, im giving myself lots of face massage and staying hydrated and i would say i see a slight improvement in my skin, it seems better hydrated and plumper. I had quite a slow solucion from customer service when I. had accidently made 2 orders.and asked them to cancel one of the orders before it was sent. Unfortunately they sent it out and it wasn't a quick solucion but they but they did give me a return label in the end and i have received a refund from them now, so Im thankful they got it sorted in the end. I will likely order again in the future the products feel clean and nourishing

I'm using the products for my acne and redness for 2 weeks now. The first days i got little bumps on my forehead and i got a little stressed, but now they are gone and i'm seeing the first results. Less redness and less acne. I hope my skin structure will also get better by time. I'm a fan!

I’ve used this product for three days and already my skin is feeling really soft and moisturised however the product doesn’t smell good which I really notice and it puts me off unfortunately. I’d definitely be interested in something that was lightly fragranced.

Jason was very friendly and helpful! What didn’t help and added to the frustration was the first emails with AI. I’d rather connect with a real human being. It’s more direct and in this particular situation the problem would’ve been solved faster. So no to AI and yes to Jason and the other members of the support team!
