I found the products too heavy in a humid environment. They also didn't absorb very well and always looked like I had a layer of oil on my skin. The scrub was fine, just a little harsh.

The product promises a lot more than it produces. I’ve used it consistently for six months and have seen no improvement in moisture or improved skin. The product sits on my skin and doesn’t absorb; therefore, it gets on my pillowcase. I purchased the complete set and received a notice that due to tariffs, the pricing would increase. So I bought another due to peoples’ reviews. Then in two months, I received a notice that another set was being shipped. I had no idea of a subscription nor would I have subscribed to such an expensive product without trying it first. When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to purchase two times - which I had already done. This was all done via email because there was no phone number to call. So $415+ later, I have a partial and two full systems. They seem to have a good racket going on.

It feels good on my skin however after almost 3 weeks I see no visible difference in fine lines or wrinkles. I can’t wear it on days where I want to wear some make up because it doesn’t allow to make up to it here and the mascara melts under the eyes. Using it at night and during the day if I am not going out.

i dont see it in any way WOW to the skin. it cakes under makeup and the size is tiny.

Well the claims by froya are false. Ive been using the products for 6 months and there is no change in fine lines and wrinkles . The products are emollient but seem to sit on surface of skin for a long time. The. Products did help with a few dry patches but other than that no rral chsngrss

I've been using the products (Complete Acne System for Women) for about three weeks. I've struggled with rosacea for many years. This Froya system appears to be helping. I say "appears" because historically, I could try some new product and it would work for me ..... until it didn't. I'm committing to using the Froya system for four months and I'm cautiously optimistic. The part I don't appreciate is the use of marketing gimmicks. Many of their ads are straight forward with before/after photos and customer testimonials. The ads I don't appreciate use "click bait" to garner engagement. For example, "Sensitive Content", "Banned Balms", ads with "balm" misspelled as "blam", ads with the before & after photos switched, etc. all designed as click bait. My all time least favorite is an ad saying "F*** Sagging Skin." (TrustPilot wouldn't allow me to quote the actual ad text. What's that say about using inappropriate language?) You say you don't use marketing gimmicks like fancy packaging. No, the packaging is simple -- just what's needed, like the product ingredients. But make no mistake, the ads I list are, in fact, marketing gimmicks. I've voiced my opinion with Froya Organics Customer Support. This isn't a blindside review. I'm happy with the products. I'm disappointed with the marketing tactics.

I found the products cleared up my dry patches really well, unfortunately, I did break out about 30 days in so I canceled my subscription. It is worth noting, you do have to get to auto orders before you're allowed to cancel. However, I only had 1 auto order but I also bought a stand alone order and customer service was nice enough to cancel for me anyways. I did request a refund (be sure too follow the rules to a T) because I'm unable to further use it, and Im waiting in the status. I will update if there are any issues because I followed the requirements perfectly. I think it you're skin is very dry or have acne due to compromised skin barrier, this might be a good product for you. Hormonal acne and oily skin acne, not so much. I already purchased the eczema/psoriasis balm for my daughter who has the worst eczema I have ever seen, and it is VERY helpful for that.
