Product was awful and gave me HUGE zits and I am 56 years old. Trying to get my $$ back has been a nightmare. Like they want me to grow so frustrated that I abandon course but I'm gonna stay with it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer service ended up giving me 60% back of what I paid and this was only to get me off their back. Very unsatisfactory solution to an already bad situation. Good luck on trying to return anything you buy. They make it nearly impossible. Returning is only accepted if you have not opened the box it comes in. If you take it out, look inside of it, thats a big no no. The product itself is every very expensive so good luck on getting your money back if you decide to return it for whatever reason.

Rubbish product. Rubbish customer service. Fake claims. Misleading subscription model. Laughable support Ai bot. I'm £200 down, no results, yellow pillow cases and clothes. The returns policy breaks UK Consumer Law. This company is a total con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was swayed by the glossy Instagram marketing of this company and my experience of the product was below average and the buyer experience was terrible. It is not clear when you buy the products that you are signing up to a subscription. There was no email follow up to confirm this. I then received an email 4 weeks later to say my product was on its way but I had not ordered any more products - this is the subscription kicking in. I complained to customer service and was told that the order could not be cancelled and that I should check my email settings as customers are typically emailed a few days before the item is shipped. I checked my emails and I saw I had deleted an email titled "Your bonus gift ships soon" which did not catch my attention and does not indicate a new order is about to be sent and that payment would be taken from my bank without my realising. The product itself is hard to apply to skin as it's thick and it drags the skin. It does not absorb well into the skin. The balm is also orange and leaves skin with a yellow/orange tinge which several people have commented on. Do not use this at night as it leaves marks on your pillow. I cannot comment on its effectiveness as I have only used it for 3 weeks and the colour and consistency had already put me off re-ordering. As I have been told the order cannot be cancelled, I am unsure as to whether I will be able to return the item. I think this company has confusing processes and a sneaky subscription service that traps you into re-ordering and I cannot believe all the reviews saying the customer service is great are real!

Anti Age &Insane Glow Day Balm ..awful stuff .It reminds me of furniture polish. It is bright orange and you have to rub it in quite energetically as if not you can look like Trump .Rubbing in like this is not good for your skin .The smell is very unpleasant .If you get it on hair which is white like mine it looks like tobacco stained hair and not at all pleasant .I will not be buying again .Also the marketing is very deceiving .Have been contacted by Froya but have nothing to add that is positive about their products .

The product touts its guarantee...but the hoops to jump through before they allow returns are monumental. Photos on a regular basis, waiting a certain time period, etc. This is not at all clear from their massive and continual marketing. The product was very heavy, despite contacting them and following directions carefully. Using it made me wait more than an hour or more after application to apply sunscreen protection to my face...then it seemed to block any absorption. Some messages to the company went unanswered, only AI responses that did come through. You will get constant emails from AI characters about Nordic skincare and lifestyle. Overall, the product is not as promised, the customer service less than helpful and the return/satisfaction guarantee useless. Update: the company reached out (a human representative) and offered a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Buyer beware. The company’s “Satisfaction Guaranteed” advertising is misleading. I purchased the product in good faith, but after it caused skin irritation, I learned that the money-back guarantee requires 60 days of consistent use along with before, during, and after photos. Since my skin reacted poorly, I couldn’t safely continue using it for 60 days, so my claim was denied. Customer service initially seemed very concerned about my skin irritation but responded to my emails at unusual hours. However, once it became clear I was requesting a refund, communication stopped altogether. I understand companies need return policies, but advertising a satisfaction guarantee while making it so difficult to use is disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again.

Do not buy from them. It is a subscription trap. They deduct from your credit card without your authorization and when confronted they say it is a subscription!
