I have been using Froya Organics products for about 2 weeks now, and really love how my skin feels and looks. When I had to reach out to support for a mistaken order, VN responded almost immediately and handled the process seamlessly (and I also work in customer support, so I was super impressed)! Best regards, GT

Hi GT! That means a lot coming from someone who works in customer support themselves, so thank you! I'll let VN know she made such a great impression. So glad your skin is already feeling and looking better after just 2 weeks too. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. It starts as AI (but like good AI) and then follows through with a real person. I like the product for sure, but the customer service making things right really hit it out of the park for me.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 31, 2026
Hey there! Ha, "good AI" made me laugh, glad that first step didn't feel like a runaround and that a real person followed through to make things right. Really happy the product is working for you too, thanks for taking the time to write this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I am a new customer with Froya and made my first order. I had a problem with what I had ordered and needed help. I contacted them and they were very fast and friendly and took care if it immediately. Their customer service is amazing. I will have no issues with being a regular customer!

I have tried three products from here and I love all of them. My favorite is the instant rosacea and redness. It has helped my skin level out and it is no longer burning, red and itchy. When I do have a bad skin day the cream immediately calms it down. I use the insane day glow during the day and no longer wear any kind of foundation. It makes my skin so Dewey and beautiful. At night I use the miracle wrinkle eraser. None of these make my skin break out or have any kind of negative reaction. They feel good, smell good and work.

Hey Megan! This is amazing to read, thank you for going into so much detail. So happy the Instant Rosacea and Redness has calmed things down and stopped that burning and itchy feeling, and that the Insane Day Glow has you skipping foundation altogether, that's such a good sign! Glad the Miracle Wrinkle Eraser is rounding out your routine well at night too, and that your skin's been so happy with all three. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I have been using Froya's "Complete System For Mature Women's Skin" for about a year now. I love the way it makes my face feel hydrated and smooth with just a small amount of natural and pure product. I had a customer service issue recently, which was not Froya's fault, so I reached out to them hoping for some help. Once I got to the right department (through email) they were prompt, apologetic and very communicative. Everything was resolved quickly and easily. I am as impressed with their customer service and problem solving as I am with their superior products. Exceptional all around! - CB

Hi Celeste! A full year with the Complete System For Mature Women's Skin and still feeling hydrated and smooth with just a small amount, that's wonderful to hear. Thank you also for being so patient while we got you to the right department, and I'm glad the team was prompt and communicative once you did. Exceptional is a lovely word, and it means a lot coming from someone who's been with us this long! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
