I have been using these products for several months. I’m a 68-year-old woman and my skin basically drinks the skin care. When my last order arrived damaged, I was able to get immediate support and the problem was solved immediately. This is a fantastic company. Highly recommend everything they sell. -Kris

Hi Kris, thank you for this!! "My skin basically drinks the skin care" made me smile, that's such a great way to put it. Sorry your order showed up damaged, but glad our team got it sorted immediately. Really appreciate you recommending everything we sell, that means a lot coming from someone who's been with us for months. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Jessie
Ale, from customer service was very timely in responses back to me. After I submitted photos of my reaction to the product I promptly received an email stating a refund is being issued. Also, my subscription was cancelled without me having to specifically ask or do it, which I appreciated. That keeps me from receiving and paying for something I would not use. I love the thought and care behind the product, unfortunately my skin just didn’t take well to it.

Hi Jessie, so sorry your skin reacted, that's never what we want. Really glad Ale got the refund moving quickly once you sent those photos, and that we could take care of canceling the subscription for you automatically so you weren't stuck paying for something that wasn't working. Thank you for still recognizing the care behind the product even though it wasn't the right fit for your skin. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The customer service is excellent. The products are great for my mature skin. They moisturize my dry skin. I feel a significant and see a significant difference in the texture and look of my face. I look younger and less tired. My skin is clearer and more plump and fresh.
