I bought the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm and it’s a nice product but didn’t make any visible difference to my skin. When I originally bought it I made sure to activate the 60 day guarantee so when it didn’t make a difference to my skin I was able to get a refund. The customer service rep, J Mick, helped me through this process and was very friendly and professional. It’s a shame I didn’t see the results some people get but it was worth a try.

Hi LP! Thank you for such an honest review, I really appreciate it. I'm sorry the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm didn't work out for your skin, everyone's skin is different and it doesn't always click the same way for everyone. Really glad our 60 day guarantee was there for you when you needed it, and that J Mick made the refund process smooth and easy. Thanks for giving us a try, and if you ever want to explore a different product down the line, we're always here to help you find the right fit. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Teddy
I am very happy with my purchase, and my skin likes it too! I got the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm, and so far, I’m really pleased with it. I also think the purchasing process went very smoothly. There is a clear option to choose between a subscription and a one-time purchase. I don’t really understand the negative comments from people who ended up with a subscription (probably tempted by the big discount) and then said they did not realize they had subscribed. The options are clearly presented, so I personally found the whole process very straightforward.

So glad to hear this, Teddy!! Really happy the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm is working out for you and your skin. We do try to keep the subscription vs one time purchase choice really clear at checkout, so it means a lot that you noticed that and called it out. Thanks for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Mandy
I have extremely sensitive skin. I’ve only ever found one other product (Aurabiom) aside from Froya that has worked to properly hydrate, repair my skin barrier, reduce fine lines, and bring back my glow. I love this line of products. I got the mature skin bundle. I’m American, but Scandinavian by blood, and my skin is in love; it’s like it was made for me. Will be trying the rosacea balm next.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 30, 2026
Wow, Mandy, thank you for sharing all of this!! It means so much to hear the mature skin bundle is actually helping with hydration, the skin barrier, and fine lines, especially with skin as sensitive as yours. That Scandinavian connection made us smile too, glad your skin agrees!! Can't wait to hear how the rosacea balm treats you. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
