Love the anti-aging and insane glow balm. Don't want anything else anymore. I regularly receive compliments that my skin looks good and radiant. I recently ordered a new jar that contained little granules, making it feel a bit like a scrub; however, after checking with support, I was advised to let it sit in warm water for a few minutes. Sure enough, the bits of wax dissolved, and the balm became smooth again. Since it’s a natural product, this can happen from time to time—so if anyone else experiences this, that’s the trick!
