Oily Scalp, Dry Breaking Nest Hair :(
I bought the full set. I like the scent although it's pretty strong. I love natural herbal smells. Seems like a great, healthy product. I have dry, gray hair that gets colored monthly. My skin is pretty dry everywhere, including my scalp, but I don't have dandruff. There is no moisturizer in this set. The shampoo left my hair so dry and matted. You really should have a conditioner in this set! The serum/oil you put on your scalp is very greasy. After one dropperful I'm not bad greasiness-wise but barely ok. I would think others that aren't naturally dry would be put off by this. Since I'm dry I only wash my hair twice a week. So that world be 7 dropperfuls of oil added by my next shampoo. Of course I had to change my routine to every other day shampoos. But the problem with that is it brought my hair to the worse stretchy damaged nest, breaking using that shampoo. I need moisture! It also makes me itchy all day. The essential oils are very strong, which may be great for growth, but it is not a sustainable product for me to continue using. So, this brings me to this REQUIREMENT to use the product for 60 days before being ALLOWED to cancel. I think that is not a practice that gives a customer confidence in a company. Of course I never read this, and I'll put money on that fact being hidden from customers who will learn after purchase that they are stuck with auto deliveries and charges. Further, the REQUIREMENT for before and after photos is egregious and absurd. I don't want to be sending pictures of myself in order to be allowed to cancel required auto charges and deliveries. I did want to try other products like the mature skin care set you have. It sounds wonderful. But if this is your company's practice, which I feel is deceitful, I no longer want to try anything else.
