I was up north in an area with spotty service when I got the email my subscription order was going to ship. I clicked “skip order” and went about my day. Fast forward a week or so and my email confirmation came that the order was processing (my bad cell service must not have had the request go through). It’s not in my budget this month nor do I need more right now so I asked to cancel the order. Typically I get a response that “sorry, order is already processing, nothing we can do now” but Anjelika in customer service did all she could, contacted the warehouse and got my order cancelled before they could send it out. Thanks so so much! Great customer service.
