Varinea has been extremely helpful with a return I had to make due to my inability to carry the expenses at this time. While I love the product, I am on a strict budget as the elderly usually are. I was able to get a full refund and V set it up so I could purchase 2 of the products at different times and dates!! That was incredibly helpful and the return was super easy! I also like their quick response from the AI they have that alerted Varinea quickly to my problem. I really love the scrub and day balm. I don't even wear foundation anymore because of the beautiful glow the balm gives my skin! I almost want to move to the artic and grow those roses! Having really sensitive skin (even natural products can go wrong for me), I was dubious about trying the skincare products, but I am glad I did! I was fortunate enough to be gifted the complete system for mature women from my other half and when I eventually ran out, I placed an order for this and hair products. Unfortunately there was an issue with my order when it arrived, so I contacted customer support and ‘JK’ responded very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. My issue wasn’t just resolved quickly, my expectations were exceeded. I can’t recommend the products highly enough, but to also feel like a valued customer again, which is so rare these days, is really appreciated.

Products are great, very simple and minimal steps for healthier skin! Was a bit too much for the hot humid summer months (feels like YEARS!) but will be great for the cold dry months. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend to others

Anjelika was incredibly helpful when I had a problem with my order and she sorted it out very quickly. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I love their products and although they are in small pots they last a long time. I am 3mths in and my day and night pots are still at least half full if not more.

When I moved to Central California I was desperate. My skin was cracking and scaling it was so dry. Even mixed with heat rash. I am very satisfied with Froya products. I tried products with coconut oil and beef tallow, but I would eventually start breaking out and the moisture did not last all day, so I was applying it way too much. Literally just less than a dime size amount can cover your face and down your neck ALL DAY. Hours later you still have dewy and glowing skin. You can certainly feel the difference when you touch your face at the end of the day. Thank you, Froya Organics for saving my skin A LOT of damage and stress!
