The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent! They were efficient, professional, and extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I really appreciated how quickly they addressed my concerns and made the whole process easy. Great customer service from start to finish! Shelly!

I just went to the mail box and found…
I just went to the mail box and found all my products from Froya Organics. I noticed a bit of a nice smell coming from the package. I found out when I opened the package that a large hole had been punctured into the body soap can. I contacted the company and they replied back in a short time and are now taking care of the issue. That is awesome customer service!

Very good customer service
Very good customer service – Due to the exclusive use of cold pressed oils, I got a batch that oxidized in transportation (likely due to heat), and a replacement order was made promptly. I have been enjoying the products for several months now; extremely nourishing.
