I have been trying to convince myself to buy this skin care routine & I finally did !! I received my order & while turning the box over to get product out, one balm fell to the ground & shattered. I am very impressed with the company's follow through with their 60-day refund guarantee. Unfortunately the product did not work for me and they stood behind their word and gave me a refund.
