Review
I received the face balm in a timely manner. The balm itself was a little thicker than I like, I just had to be careful about how much I used. I really have no complaints. I haven’t used long enough to comment on it’s effectiveness but it certainly hasn’t made me look worse.

I give 4 stars for effort
I give 4 stars for effort. A lost order (not their fault), a replacement order that never arrived and now a refund. They always answer promptly and kindly. I now have reordered the shampoo and hope it will arrive soon.

Accidentally gotten a subscription
I had accidentally gotten a subscription, and they were very helpful guiding me through what i should do, and reassured me that i would get a refund, when the product was back in the warehouse. The only issue i had was the wait (a month), and that I myself felt the need to reach out. But when I did, it was confirmed almost immediately, that it was in fact back at the warehouse and they would refund me in a few days. They were super sweet about it, and I didn’t mind waiting. All in all, it was a good experience.

Love the product and have used it daily… BUT
Love the product and have used it daily for over 6 months now. However, I have been sent more stock far too often and now have enough to last for another 6 months at least. I can only delay the order for 2 months at a time which is not enough so I have had to make the only decision possible which is to cancel my subscription all together to prevent stocking any more until I need it. This is frustrating and relentless and has spoiled the experience of finding and using a product I like.

Six months of extra stock building up is genuinely not a great experience, and you shouldn't have to cancel altogether to manage it. Absolutely have results in two weeks
Absolutely have results in two weeks, skin is softer, plumper, moisturized and healing. However it is a very thick product and can make my skin look greasy at times. Definitely need to wash my hair more and notice it transferring off to my pillow case.

A little goes a long way with our balms, so if you haven't tried it already, using just a thin layer before bed might help with the greasiness and the pillow transfer. Hope that helps! The product didn't work out for me
The product didn't work out for me. After 3 days use, I wanted to return. It's a nice product, but too heavy and greasy for my oily skin. The refund was only 60% of my purchase- their refund policy was not as straightforward as I would have liked. However, their customer service was very quick to respond and did get the refund in a timely manner.

The products feel very nice
The products feel very nice. They didn't actually help me with any wrinkles or anything during the 60 days, but I followed the original instructions, taking the appropriate before and after photos with date stamps. The company stood by their products and refund policy. They were very pleasant to work with. The product just didn't work for me in particular. ❤️

Products do provide good results
Products do provide good results, especially with loss of firmness associated with weight loss. Downsides: exfoliating cleanser is very rough and would not use if I had sensitive skin. Day balm gives skin an orangy cast and takes forever to soak in, so can't really use on days I'm in the office. Would re-order night balm and eye balm.
