I wish I could give no stars
I wish I could give no stars. I foolishly was pulled in by the Norwegian name and the word Arctic, but when I came to order, (I am English living in Spain) I kept getting the price in dollars so I was confused as to how much I was paying. I see that the vast majority of recommendations here are from the US. I am one of many Europeans and right thinking people from other nations around the world who are boycotting the US for obvious reasons.Not happy.

The checkout process does not make it…
The checkout process does not make it clear that you are signing up for a subscription. And unlike other companies, you do not receive an email about future orders until it is shipped. The product is sub-par. Greasy. Very small. Expensive. I contacted their customer service and received no reply. The other reviews do not fill me with confidence. I am reporting this business to my credit card company for fraud. As they’ve not followed the regulations regarding subscription model sales.

Read Your Guarantee Carefully
The guarantee is worthless. I am starting breast cancer treatment and have requested under special circumstances a refund. They have a playbook that goes blah blah. They don’t care if my skin burns from there products. Now, they have decided to refund my entire purchase and are wishing me the best of luck during my breast cancer treatments. Thank you and I do appreciate your support.

Grænseoverskridende klamt firma
Absolut værste oplevelse med dette klamme firma. De bombarderer din mail med spam mails dagligt selvom du har fravalgt det. De svarer ikke på henvendelser. Jeg afbestilte ordren og dagen efter afsendte de alligevel. Ingen besvarelser af mine mails! Sikke et elendigt firma. De er blevet anmeldt for deres ulovlige spam mails og jeg håber at de får store bøder.

I am sorry to say
I am sorry to say, my experience of this company has turned bad. The product is brilliant. No qualms there. It does what it says, the rash i had on my neck is gone and remains so, i'm still using the product, but today i cancelled my subscription. The details are confusing. After cancelling the subscription they have just put through another order and taken a further 42.50 from my account, after already sending an order today for 42.50. I have had several emails with them over technical issues on their end, and no one seems to know what is happening, and 2 orders put through today without my consent. I have now read several one star reviews with similar issues to mine. I reckon it is because they have handed over their business operations to ai. All the replies to 1 star are generic. Watch this space. I will update as and when my situation resolves.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience - I have been trying to get in touch with them for a couple of months but they simply do not reply. Very disappointed.

POOR customer service! never honor my request.
never asked for subscription & did not want to keep product after getting it in the mail / requested to return item but they have been ignoring my request & sent me another item. froya robbed money from my account! awful customer service & dishonest.. very disappointed & not pleased at all. i'm going to report to BBB next.
