Very fast response when I contacted customer service. First I was communicating with Froya's AI support which was also responsive but could not really help. Once I contacted a real person the problem was resolved fast.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 5, 2026
Hey Alex, thanks for sticking with it! Good to know the AI support was at least responsive even though it couldn't fully solve things, and I'm really glad our team got it resolved fast once you reached a real person. Appreciate you sharing this feedback! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
