There was a bit of a shipping issue…
There was a bit of a shipping issue that my package got shipped and the carrier delivered to the wrong house. Varinea was great help in resolving my issue. I love their products and am grateful for their customer service! 💛 Meg P

Wonderful customer service
I bought a product from Froya and unfortunately it caused my skin to breakout. I contacted customer service and one of their representatives, Jason was very quick to respond. After I sent them a picture of what the product was doing to my skin, he was quick to refund me. He was very polite, helpful, and kind. I really appreciate that in any business. I appreciate that they honored their 60 day money back guarantee since it was causing skin issues and I was not achieving results with the product. With a customer service team like that, I am sad that the product did not work out for me. But if the product works well for you, know that you will be in good hands if you ever need something from customer service!

Gracefully Aging
I will be 70 in October of this year, and frankly, yeah, I'd like a little help with the age spots that have parked on my face. I've been using the product for a few weeks and haven't compared it to my photo yet; it's a bit early to expect to see a difference. But I love the product; I love the natural ingredients. I love how hydrating it feels without being greasy on my skin. Using clean face products is a high priority for me. I have a bias that the creator knew what he was doing when placing the lush, diverse, and beautiful life giving ingredients on the earth for food, health, longevity, and beauty for humanity's benefit. Great product. Best customer service ever
I was really excited to get my Froya product. It took a minute to figure out just how to use it but the chat was great. It explained exactly what to do and when. I love the cleanser and the moisturizer s were great. Unfortunately the eye balm irritated my eyes. I asked if they knew of a solution. They told me to stop using it a nd refunded all my money despite that not being normal refund policy. Great product and best customer service ever. Give it a try!
