My face definitely feels hydrated and looks healthier. Brighter less dull complexion. So far I haven't noticed less wrinkles or dark under eyes improvement. However, it also could be my chaotic lifestyle that is preventing that improvement. More sleep would help. 😊

Have been using it just over a week and…
Have been using it just over a week and I can already feel the difference in my skin. And see it especially around the eyes which has surprised me.

Feels good on my skin
Feels good on my skin. Skin tone seems smoother after using a couple weeks now. Hoping it improves skin collagen and wrinkles with continued use.

Customer Care great!
Unfortunately the Froya products have not worked for my sensitive skin. I had an allergic reaction and had to stop using the products. I contacted the customer service and I have to admit they could not have been more helpful and understanding. They have issued me with a full refund (not received yet, but hopefully soon), this was not prompted on my end, but I must say I am very grateful to them. I did purchase more products, and will have to take the hit for them as they only issue one full refund per customer, but I will take that.

UPS duty fee
Update: Froya has gone over and beyond to resolve this issue and to make it right. Thank you very much for looking into it, and determining the cause at UPS, and also for reimbursing the import VAT. Hester An urgent order of £44 was listed on the customs docs as completely different products to the value of £205. This means UPS wanted £53 in import duty fees!!!!!! I paid for express delivery, only to not have it now, and after 4 emails today no one is coming back to me to sort it. I'm NOT impressed with the poor service on so many levels. PS Eventually had contact from them later afternoon, and they have agreed to cover Tax duty

I bought the Complete System for Mature…
I bought the Complete System for Mature Skin. I'm over 60 now and just wanted to reduce the fine lines and age spots starting on my face. But otherwise my skin was fine. After using the products as described for 2 weeks my cheeks and nose got a red rash. I've never had bad skin, not even in my teens, and this was bad. I stopped using and went back to my regular face oils and within a week my skin is healed. I went to request the money back guarantee and it wouldn't let me. I believed it to be another total scam. But they reached out to me and made it right. So, even though it didn't work for me, I believe it's a trustworthy company and look forward to trying other products they come out with in the future.

The balms work fine
The balms work fine. I noticed that the day balm (orange) has some white crystals perhaps in it. Is this normal?

Hei! Yes, totally normal! Our day balm is made with natural ingredients, and sometimes those can form small crystals, especially with temperature changes. The advice I received was instant and…
The advice I received was instant and very helpful; my questions were answered, so have decided to continue to use the products and hope my skin will adjust to the more natural skin care. I also asked if I could use an SPF on top. The advice was "wait 20 mins to allow Froya products to work fully before adding a mineral sunscreen on top."
