Skincare can also be very personal, as every skin type reacts differently. Our formulas are made with natural ingredients rich in beneficial properties, and results can vary from person to person. Regarding the Day Balm, the yellow tone comes from the natural ingredients and is designed to absorb into the skin after application. Hi Collin, What you’re describing sounds like the crystallization of beeswax, which can sometimes happen in natural formulations like ours when the product experiences temperature changes during shipping or storage. This is completely normal and the product remains safe and effective to use, as outlined in our product information. If you’d like to smooth the texture, you can gently warm the balm by placing it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes, or by leaving it in a warm spot, such as sunlight, for a short time. This usually helps the beeswax crystals dissolve and restores a smoother consistency. Just make sure the lid is tightly closed so no water gets inside the jar. Hei Annie! Thanks for the honest feedback. The thickness is because our products are oil-based and concentrated, so a very small amount is all you need. As for the yellow tint on the day one, that usually fades quickly as the skin absorbs it. I'd recommend applying just a tiny bit and giving it a moment to settle in. To clarify how our subscriptions work: they are always optional and fully controlled by the customer. Customers actively choose the subscription option to receive a discounted price, and it can be canceled at any time through the customer portal or directly from the renewal notification emails sent before each charge. We never enroll customers into subscriptions, we can't.
