That is never the standard we aim for, and we genuinely regret that you felt frustrated throughout the process. Regarding our subscription: customers can cancel at any time. The purpose of our subscription model is to offer a benefit, making it easier for clients who love their products to receive them automatically and at a better price, without having to reorder each time, etc, etc. It is designed to be convenient and cost-saving, never an obstacle. We’d like to gently clarify that our subscription is an optional selection made by the customer at checkout, usually chosen to benefit from the initial discounted price. It’s not something we apply automatically. From our records, the subscription was cancelled after the second order had already been processed, which is why that shipment was created. We know that timing can be frustrating, and we’re happy to help make the next steps as easy as possible. If you’d like, we can provide a return label, or guide you through our return process, which is fully system-based and designed to be simple and quick — but we’re happy to proceed in whichever way you prefer. Every skin type is different. With our balms, a little truly goes a long way. We recommend starting with a very thin layer, warming it between your fingers, and gently pressing it into the skin. When used sparingly, it should absorb well, after which makeup can be applied more comfortably. We also generally encourage keeping makeup as light as possible, as heavier products can sometimes sit differently on richer, oil-based skincare.
