If I could I'd leave 4.5 stars. First of all the website is very clear and you know exactly what you're ordering. I love being able to check the ingredients, and so many products our there don't have them properly listed. With Froya everything is there. I ordered the whole mature skin set. Everything came in a lovely minimal packaging. I knew from the get go that I wouldn't repurchase the scrub, as I don't use scrubs, unless I was completely blown away by this product. I wasn't. It's a bit of a hassle. I've read some reviews that suggested the day balm leaves an orange cast. I was worried about this because I am ghastly pale. I was right to be worried. It makes my face very orange even if I just use minimal amounts. I can cover it well with my foundation but cannot use it when I do not plan on wearing foundation. Orange aside, it does make my skin feel great. It feels extremely soft and hydrated. But I haven't been using it daily because of the orange tint. The night balm and the eye balm are wonderful. They also leave a cast but I couldn't care less - because nobody will see me. I do feel like my skin is softer and better looking. I am less puffy. Love these two products so far and will be continuing to use them.

Hi Madeline, thank you for such a thorough and honest review, this is exactly the kind of detail that helps other pale skinned folks know what to expect. I'm sorry the day balm's cast didn't work for your everyday routine, that's really useful feedback for us on the formula. So glad the night balm and eye balm have been winners for you though, less puffy and softer skin is a great result. Really appreciate you giving the whole set an honest try. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

What a lovely product line! I love the clean ingredients and how they have made my skin feel in a short amount of time. I can't wait to see what 6 months of using this line will look like if I have already noticed many positive changes in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this beautiful company!

Jason and Ale are fantastic!!! When my package was delayed because of a delivery error, they stayed in constant touch and kindly offered offered to send me either a refund or a new item (at no charge)! Fortunately, the package turned up a week later, but I was delighted with the customer support. Jason and Ale reassured me that customer satisfaction is Froya's top priority, and it is absolutely true!!! Froya has the best customer service ever!!!

Jason and Ale are going to be over the moon reading this!! Thank you for staying patient through that delivery hiccup, and I'm so glad the package turned up in the end. Customer satisfaction really is our top priority, so hearing you felt that come through means everything. Thank you for such a generous review!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I have always received the best service by Froya! This time I asked if by any chance they could replace a muscle and joint balm which has been crashed by the mail service and Froya didn’t hesitate in accepting to do so. Oh, and this was the second time I ordered the muscle balm, which I use to massage my 11yo daughter who used to struggle a lot with growing pain behind her knees and after using this muscle and joint balm, it stops a few minutes later. Hi Jaroslava, thank you for this. Glad we could replace that crushed balm right away, no hesitation needed on our end. And honestly, hearing that the muscle and joint balm helps your daughter's growing pains ease up in just a few minutes is the kind of thing that makes this job so worth it. Thank you for trusting us with your family. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
