I got an email notification that my latest froeya order had been taken - I didn't need everything in the order, so contacted Froeya to see if it could be amended before it shipped. Almost instantly, JK at the help centre sorted everything out in a very friendly and kind manner. I was very impressed indeed.

Superior customer service
I had the great pleasure of dealing with J Mick on an issue that I was having with my skin after using the product. The customer service that was provided was far beyond my expectations and far beyond anything that I've ever received. The the problem was solved quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied.
