Awesome customer service
First, the customer service is fantastic. I had ordered two jars of the Ultra-Fast Relief Balm for Dry, Itchy Skin and one jar was crushed during shipment. I interacted with Anjelika and she took care of the issue right away. She was very nice and professional throughout our email exchange and made sure the replacement was shipped. The product itself is very good. I bought it for my daughter for an itchy breakout of eczema on her face and it’s working great so far. A little goes a long way. It leaves her skin soft and relieves the itchiness. Great product and company.

I’m giving Froya 5 stars for quick response to my queries and immediate refund when I requested to cancel my subscription . Over and above that I love Froya Organics’ The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin! Since I started using them my skin looks smooth and nourished. Because it’s so potent I only use a minute amount each time. That’s the reason why I cannot have the subscription because the cream will last me many months 😂. But I assure you that I will repurchase once I have used them up. They are too good to waste. Thank you Froya for making these amazing creams available to me.

Super helpful and caring
