I didn’t realise my face would be…
I didn’t realise my face would be bright orange after applying the day balm! Then my face felt tight and looked red, it was actually very drying - yes initially you have a glowy look , and orangey look! Then it sinks in and is dry tacky and tight - didn’t notice any less fine lines. Really disappointed.. got caught up in the marketing hype .

I bought the Complete System for Mature…
I bought the Complete System for Mature Women. At the moment, it's too early to say how the creams are working, as I've only been using them for 3 weeks, although during the first week of using it, my face felt really dry and tight. However, all 3 creams are extremely greasy. The day cream leaves your skin tinted orange, and on pale skin isn't a good look! It's also very difficult to spread, even after warming it in your hand. The night cream I can cope with, even though it's greasy, but it does get all over the pillow and doesn't sink into the skin. The eye cream remains greasy all day and night. It never sinks into the eye area, just seems to sit on top. I'm so disappointed, as at £95 it's very expensive. I will continue with it to see if it actually does have any effect in my wrinkles, but am not holding my breath! Such a shame.

I have broken out in acne like crazy!!
I have broken out in acne like crazy!!! Usually don’t deal with acne like I have since I started this product a week ago. Going to try and push through for another week or two…so I give it a few solid weeks for my skin to adjust but if my skin keeps this up I will probably stop using it. However, I do love how simple the plan is and how soft my skin feels. I know it’s gonna take time for my skin to adjust so just trying to push through right now

BUGS..
BUGS... moving bugs in the sand that they say is an exfoliate. I wrote the company and got no response.. I like the moisturizer but I would not get it again..I had a very bad experience with the subscription sending me way too many items why to freq.. then when I returned it took a VERY long time for a refund

Oil Slick that Never Soaks In
A friend tried it and hated it because it leaves a greasy film (and light color with orange day balm) atop her skin all the time. But return requirements with daily photos were so onerous, she gave up. I try everything so agreed to this too; I’m still using it, hating to waste anything, but will be so glad when it’s gone. - Day balm does leave skin orange - Anything that touches my skin for many hours after application is oily, including sheets, clothes, etc. At night, I feel I can only sleep on my back because the product never soaks in but smears off on my pillowcase, spouse, etc. - I can’t wear make-up. It gums up any brushes I use, puts a film on any powders to effectively harden/freeze them, and any make up I get on my face smears or slides off. - Packaging says no need to cleanse before applying. What?!

I was looking for added moisture and…
I was looking for added moisture and deceased lines. Using this product resulted in dry flaky patches! A lot of money for poor results.

Signed up for a subscription automatically
As a new customer, I placed one order and I'm pretty sure that I didn't signed up for a subscription. If you as a new costumer are not aware that they sign you up anyway, and you will recive emails where they are trying to hide this with a lot of info and then in the bottom they tell you that you have been signed up for subscribtion. Then you will already receive the same products again after a month, even though you have barely used a quarter of the first products. After receiving new products that I do not need, I am still waiting after one week for a response to my email about how I can return the order and get a refund. I have barely had time to evaluate whether the products are good, but after this experience I do not feel like buying any more products from this company.

AI generated customer service with no human care
I ordered some products to test it and really enjoyed it. However, less than a month after my first order, they re-sent the same batch, charging me the full price for it (over 100 euros!). My jars were still full and I didn't intend to make another order yet. The customer service is made by AI and after some back and forth messages, today (more than 3 months later) there were no human capable of reviewing my case or finding a solution. I simply want a refund for something I didn't order... Very poor AI customer service!
