The customer service is exceptional
The customer service is exceptional! There was an issue w/an item not getting delivered (or so it seemed). When I reached out to cusotmer service they responded immediately, and were eager to resolve the issue.

I like that the cream is all-natural
I like that the cream is all-natural. I feel that it is helping my skiing be more resilient. We’ll see how it does when the weather becomes more irritating for my skin.

Aside from your bizarre marketing and anti aging trope, the product is truly excellent and feels so nourishing. I have at least 3 friends who now buy and use this because of my recommendation (they are equally perplexed and disappointed by the adds/strange anti age marketing for an otherwise great natural product).
