I forgot I signed up for a subscription plan. It was easy to cancel. Customer Support was great. I do like the products, but I didn't want to be on a subscription.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 12, 2026
Hey Dianne! Glad it was easy to cancel and that support took care of it quickly for you. Happy to hear the products are still a hit even without the subscription. Thanks for giving us a shot! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I LOVE these products and Froya’s customer service is next level. An agent named Angelika went above and beyond to catch my order that was shipping to my old address! In today’s world, anything positive helps, and I appreciate her communication and assistance in getting the items purchased to the correct location just in time. AND I’ll be using this forever until the sun explodes. My skin looks younger and more vibrant every day. Thanks again!! 🩷🩵🧡

The products are amazing! I had some sun spots and they are slowly clearing up with the scrub and day/night treatment. Also I have the eye balm. Love the way my skin shines. I get asked a lot what I use cause my face is so shiny and smooth. 40 in oct

I received an email confirming my order that was a subscription, but I wasn’t expecting it and wasn’t ready for it, so I emailed customer service right away, and they were able to get it canceled for me right away. I’m very happy with the products as well, I’m just going through them slower than I thought I would. - Kristin H.

I felt a difference straight away. My make-up sits so much better on my face. Feels much more lighter, foundation doesn't sit in the lines on my face anymore
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 12, 2026
Hey there! Makeup sitting better and foundation not settling into lines, that's such a great sign the skin underneath is doing well. Thanks for sharing this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
