Fantastic customer service and…
Fantastic customer service and beautiful products. My balm arrived damaged by the courier, so I contacted Froya who arranged an immediate replacement. The products are amazing and do exactly as promised, so I can highly recommend and will be reordering as and when I require them.

Refund
Froya unfortunately didn't suit my skin, however when I got in touch by email, they were very helpful and have promised a refund

The mature skin line unfortunately…
The mature skin line unfortunately didn't work for me, the eye balm caused irritation and the whole line was just too heavy. The customer service was excellent- I was refunded immediately (prior to the 60 days of use) when I sent an email explaining my problem. Would recommend giving froya a try especially if you have extremely dry skin.
