Would buy from again
When ordering, they immediately reached out to confirm the correct product, which I promptly received. Ended up having to send it back (due to no fault of theirs), and the refund process was efficient and painless.

Had a good experience
Had a good experience. Delivery was quick and all items needed were included. Customer service was nice and thorough. They made sure I ordered exactly what I needed. They answered questions on the weekend. I didn't expect to get a reply.

The staff and sell reps where great and…
The staff and sell reps where great and worked great with me and my special requests. My only problem was that I need extra line sets but the communication lines that come with them are smaller gage wire and don't connect with the pro com lines that come with the gen 4. Also the connecters from the pro com lines and these smaller ones don't connect (both are male fittings) so you have to cut them and use wire nuts or solder them together. Other then that everything great.
