Overall satisfaction was excellant. Unit was very easy to install, works very well and is super quiet with one exception. The unit I purchased required a 40 amp service and the line input block was not designed to fit the size wire needed.

Exceptional service, effort, and professionalism. They even searched on a competitor's site to find the prior generation parts I needed.
