Great service, shipping nightmare
Customer service was great. I know this is out of their control, but shipping was a nightmare. Shipped on March 28, didn’t get the unit until April 18. I had to go to the freight terminal and pick it up myself or who knows when I would have received it. UPS Freight has ONE guy for all of central Oregon. Suggest using another freight company.

Everything was great while ordering my…
Everything was great while ordering my mini split. It arrived fast and has been installed for a week now with no issues. Mr.Cool team was helpful and answered any comments I had quickly. I’m very satisfied
