I wanted AC for my garage and shop
I wanted AC for my garage and shop. I looked at many mini splits then found this one by Mr Cool. It’s the only one that doesn’t require someone else to come out and charge it after it’s installed. The two units I got were a 18K & a 9K. Both were installed on outside walls so the whole project took about 5 hrs. The pre charged units and line sets go together very easy and don’t leak, that’s another plus to this system. As a bonus these also heat, and for the past couple months my garage and or shop have been toasty warm while it was only 30 degrees outside. These are so great my brother has also bought the same setup and is enjoying the cossy comforts too. His required there additional line set and it to was easy to install. I would highly recommend Mr Cool for all your cooling and heating needs.

Extremely pleased. Great customer service!
Like many of the other buyers I was very pleased with the immediate response and contact from a real person. They reached out to me for clarification, I may have erroneously missed something when ordering. The company was having problems with their ordering system. I was kept abreast on what was occurring several times. I need to purchase another of the same order and when the time comes, I will definitely be using this company again!!!

Excellent customer service from…
Excellent customer service from beginning to end.....i was contacted right away to see if I was missing any items that i forgot to add on. My order was sent out in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Best price anywhere
Best price anywhere! Excellent customer service with rapid responses via email. My order had a few snags (not their fault) but we worked thru them and I ultimately got what I wanted and for a great total price.

I recently purchased a tiny home with a MRCOOL Mini split unit and ordered a new thermostat from this company. The next day I actually received a text from a REAL person discussing the compatibility with my system and realized it was not and this same person refunded the purchase. Yes you read correctly before shipping and me discovering the over site they did and reached out directly. Customer service on an entirety higher level.
