They were out of one of the line sets but reached out via text to let me know and communicated when it would be in. As promised it arrived even before the said it would. I ordered the split AC unit and it showed up in two separate deliveries a day apart it was packed well and everything showed up in a timely manner

This is a great product. for the first to ever install one it was fairly easy. Youneed to make sure and measure how much line you need so you don't have to order extra. have a good plan of how you want to run your lines before you start. hooking everything up is very simple. You will need an electrician or know how to run electricity from your electrical box to the unit though. If you have questions, it is a long wait time on the phones but well worth the wait. The staff on the phones are very knowledgeable and very courteous. The 3-ton unit with the 4 12k btu air handlers that I got work great on an 1100 square foot home.

Extremely easy to self install. I am recommending to all my friends.
