This Froplay dog is a scam. I thought the ad was "too good", looked like AI generated, but there are 3 children in my family (one is an Autistic, non verbal) who I thought might benefit from a more realistic toy. I ordered 3 of the puppies two weeks ago. The next day saw an ad on TEMU for a robot dog, that looked very similar and thought Froplay was a scam, when the Robot dogs arrived my fears were confirmed. I emailed Froplay with my complaint and was offered $15 refund, or a full refund if I mailed them back to China at considerable cost. It is a despicable scam. and I fell for it, shame on me.

The Froplay dog is a total fraud! Nothing is as advertised, how can ads like this be unchallenged by the FCC? The dog in the ad is an AI creation & does nothing but make stupid noises, inch forward, inch backwards, it fits in the palm of your hand. The reviews on their ad are not real!!!!

I ordered four of these puppies back in December 9th I never received them and I had contacted my credit card company and told them so my credit card company is investigating this I have been reading reviews of other people's experience with this company and it all sounds bad nothing is the way it sounds like it should be

Fake 😤 battery operated toy. Got very hot after a few minutes of the kids playing with it. It's cheap, barely moves and has a terrible squeaky toy sound . Yes I wanted to teach my kids the responsibility requirements for obtaining and maintaining a pet. We built a dog house for it ( cardboard and old blankets) and purchased some small items from the dollar tree. The toy dog itself is poor quality and doesn't mimic a real puppy in the sense of robotics. The world is beyond shameless.

Do yourself a favor and take the time to investigate where it was manufactured. If its China it is a scam. I dont order anything online without knowing where it was made. The Chinese have gotten at least a $1000 off of me.They advertise everywhere. The most of them are scams. Buyer Beware if its coming from China !

Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Nach sehr langer Lieferzeit kam das Produkt an und entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung. Der Hund wurde lediglich in einem Jutesack geliefert, ohne angemessene Verpackung. Zudem bellt er extrem laut und unangenehm und zeigt keine weiteren Funktionen außer Laufen. Für den verlangten Preis empfinde ich das Produkt als Abzocke. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass eine Rücksendung unverhältnismäßig teuer ist und der angebotene Gutschriftbetrag nicht akzeptabel war. Ich hatte den Hund als Geschenk für meinen Neffen vorgesehen, was so leider nicht möglich war. Sehr schade und nicht zu empfehlen.

The items received were nothing near the description on the site. In fact I found a similar items in my local pop up stall for 20% of the price that I paid with Froplay. I felt such a fool! Please do not buy them this company - IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
