Some time ago I have seen your ad and the moves the Froplay dog makes. So ordered a dog like that, hoping it would act like the one in the ad. After about 5 weeks I received a parcel (weight 160 grams) with a very disapointing thing. Look at attached video ............. It's a SCAM and a SHAME!

The video leads you the believe this battery powered toy can mimic a robotic real life puppy. BULL! It is nothing more than a noise making toy that barks and jumps forward repeatedly. Don't waste your money and DON'T BELIEVE THE VIDEO!

The Froplay Zoomer Pup is a scam. It does not follow, change facial expressions, or respond to petting or anything else. It yaps loudly and constantly. It is horrible.

If a zero were possible, this scam product would merit a ZERO! DO NOT ORDER this deceptive product!! Once it is shipped from CHINA, and you ask for refund, they insist you ship it back TO CHINA at YOUR expense (about $70). The product is advertised with AI but in reality it is pure junk.

this company is flooding the internet with absolute garbage products promoted with AI (the actual item, i dont care what it is, but with that company i assure you it is something amazing that arrives and makes you wonder what the heck they sent you. ) I got scammed with a bigfoot whiskey bottle that leaked and cant stand upright). they hit you with the high return shipping and offer you $8. youre out $30+ they need to be banned from the US

Diese Klinik hat eine Hündin. Die Durchfall hatte drei Tage da behalten und konnte sie angeblich nicht retten Ich kann niemanden empfehlen, sein Tier dort abzugeben. Ihr werdet in der Hölle landen

I purchased two, each one broke within an hour. My granddaughter's heart broke, as well. Cheaply made, stiff movements. When I tried to return them, I got this response: Dear customer, According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging. If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself. Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you. REALLY?! WHAT A SHAM!!!
