Shipping cost was almost as much as sinage
The sinage is good My issue is the shipping cost !!! Lettering cost $45.00 Shipping cost $40 My boss is still asking me how can that be I asked customer service “ why was shipping so much?” I’m still waiting fir a response Bottom line “ I’m in trouble with the boss” I don’t recommend this company They had no response to my question about shipping costs NEVER AGAIN

As we’ve discussed, there was a misunderstanding with the shipment. The price for delivery was $21 and the product cost was $68. We agree with your concern about the shipping cost being too high for such a small item. Unfortunately, the error was due to miscommunication and can’t be amended at this point because of the carrier. Hi Benj, It is really sad that someone who is in the same business blames us and puts dishonest comments online. First of all, you placed the order on Friday afternoon and wanted to get it on Saturday at 12 PM. We charged you a rush fee and that is understandable. Furthermore, you agreed to everything (size and price) and sent the print-ready file. As someone in the business, you should know that the printer is using the exact CMYK color codes that you use in your file. We did not change anything in your artwork and just printed the file. It is really dishonest to blame for a wrong file that you've provided. In addition, it is obvious that if we provided an RGB proof, it would differ from the print. Finally, you requested revision on the size on Friday at 7 PM, even though our office did not work at that time and is also closed on Saturday and it is understandable that we could not make those changes. As much as our customer satisfaction is in the first place, we are hoping to get only truthful reviews.

Didn't follow instruction, poor customer service.
The sign we requested was for a stage prop so it needed to be set up and dismantled for re-use. The sign was assembled on stage and permanently glued together so we could not move it or use it again without literally breaking it apart. The glue used to build the structure was still wet as it had obviously only been constructed that day and several of the pieces fell off. Customer service when trying to trouble shoot this issue was poor.

Hi Tui, Sorry to see this review and find out that you were not happy with your sign. This is the only response that we got after the installation of the sign. Everything went smoothly before that and I couldn't have guessed that there's something wrong with this project. If you just sent me an email with any issues or concerns, we would fix everything because our customer satisfaction is in the first place.
