My daughter lives in Florida and I in California. Her birthday was on Thanksgiving Day and I wanted to have a sign made up for her as a surprise gift. She is a business owner! After searching for days to identify a company that would do a single sign made of wood, I called one of the listings on E-bay and inquired as to whether they did such work. The representative told me that her company did not do individual signs. I inquired as to whether the representative knew of a company that would prepare a single sign. She provided me with the name of a California company called "Front Signs." I checked and found their phone number and sent in an e-mail specifying what I wanted to accomplish. I received a response from an employee named Rosie. She said that they would perform the task and would ship the sign to my daughter. I was sent a digital copy of what was to be created and I agreed to the terms of payment. My daughter received the sign, although two days late, and was very pleased and impressed with the workmanship. And, I am very pleased. Thank you!

Rose was amazing and very responsive. Sign turned out very well and as ordered. Our only complaint, and this is pretty serious, is that it was not packaged well for protection. We had a messenger pick it up and it was scratched in transit because the thin protective wrap was just that, very thin. A lot of money was spent to have it then damaged to easily because the wrapping was insufficient.

All was well until the collection of the second half issue cane by. I got a frantic call beging me to pay the second half before the jib was even fished installing and before the sign Instalation was complete. I was told if I don't pay Rose will lose her job. This was very good unprofessional. Normally the jib gets installed then an invoice is went out and collected.they wanted the money at the door while installation was still going ng one. All this when they were already said for half. Not cool.

The signs I ordered are excellent except for just some tiny little bubbles. Other than that they were made very quickly and for a reasonable price.

They've been very responsive to date. Rose, in particular.

THere was issue with the welding... but i brought the pieces back and they fixed my issue within my deadline.
