Good consultative style, but on delivery needs some twerking of that process.

The sign look amazing. Unfortunately wasn’t center correctly so I have all this old holes around it. Also the paint that cost us so much $ to do have done to prepare the sign for was damage and no one told us us. If I would of seen this before I won’t pay till was fix. But unfortunately I wasn’t here. So I have to give you 3 starts for the design.

I understand that people are fearful about COVID19 but business transactions should not be affected this much. We are very satisfied with our signs installed except for our logo that was not connected properly so it is not lighting as it should. It was also very small... which may have been our fault but Front signs could have done a better job in providing their recommendations. We are still waiting for requested quotes for inserts and bigger logo sign. We were told that our refund of our un-utilized billed amount was going to be utilized for the cost of the insert signs.. It's been over 1.5 months and no one has communicated despite previous conversations.
