Front Signs failed to deliver what was…
Front Signs failed to deliver what was promised by them. I provided all the necessary information, drawings etc to ensure what I needed was being duplicated and the sales person failed to relay critical information to their design team which resulted in a failed product I paid a lot of money for. I gave the sales person a chance to take responsibility for their mistake but they chose not to and instead wanted me to pay for their mistake. I will never work with this company again. The production team did however get part of my order correct. My recommendation is to employ sales people who actually care for their customers and have some integrity.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Nothing matches to design, not color nor size… personal is subjective and unable to perceive clients needs…. Never will recommend this company, did once, but regretted!!!!

Classroom Signs
We ordered classroom signs for our school and what we received was drastically different than what we needed. Photos were provided of exactly the type of signage needed and what we received was very obviously not what the photos we sent looked like.
Front Signs was unwilling to offer any sort of exchange or refund for our order or work with us in any way. As we are a nonprofit, early childhood education establishment, funds for projects like this do not come easily to us, so it was unfortunate that representative Jonathan could not provide us with any sort of reconciliation. Highly disappointed in this company and their willingness to rectify their mistakes.

Since every single review is important to us as a company, we reviewed this project with the associate that worked with you on this and we would like to clarify the actual situation.
Our company provided you with a quote that clearly stated the dimensions and thicknesses based on your requirements and specifications. We understand that you did send photos of what you had previously, however, it's not possible to assume the thickness of a material based on a photograph. Additionally, we provided you with a visual proof that called out the sizing and the thickness and the order was only produced after your approval.
The reason why a refund or a no cost reprint was not offered was because there was no error in the process on our part, otherwise, we would have offered you that option. We understand your frustration on this matter, however, we did our due diligence in making sure that everything was clear in our quote and proofs, so it's quite unfair to receive a negative review that does not present the facts as they are.

Did not deliver what we ordered in the time that it was promised. All they did was blame it on the shipping company.

John from Front Signs: dishonest, frustrating snd wasteful
John did a bait and switch. John completely changed the deliverable sign style from foam core that was requested in writing with photos for reference and then printed onto die bond which is a completely different product! He then admitted over the phone that although he changed the sign style in writing on the Proof, HE DID NOT TELL US!!!
After confronting him about this dishonest bait and switch, John admitted that he changed the proof but in all of our phone calls John admitted he didn't tell us he was making this substantial change. John then tried to tell me he explained it to my assistant. So i got my assistant on the phone and it turns out he told no one. He simply changed the type of sign on the proof. It was hard to see the material details on the sign and I never would have dreamed they would make such a substantial change when i sent them images of 3d foam core from their website when i first reached out as reference. After admitting to this change without telling us and wasting weeks of our time, John held the contract over our heads
NO integrity at this compny and the attitude John had was very dismissive about the time and money he wasted. Changing the sign material from 3d foam core to printing onto a 2d piece of die bond is substantial and John should have told us he was making that change despite our specific request and reference photos.
The way he handled his mistake was even worse. Our experience with front signs was dishonest, frustrating and wasteful.

We are terribly sorry to hear that the product you received was not satisfactory.
We had multiple exchanges through emails and phone conversations explaining the production process and the materials used for the signs. We make sure to take the time and explain every detail to our customers to make sure that we are on the same page in terms of what the finished product should be since everything we fabricate is custom.
The initial reason for the change, which was discussed over the phone, was due to the fact that the sizing required would not allow for foam core 3-dimensional signage.
Our representative offered a solution by switching to a printing method, which has been reinforced with screenshot images for your acknowledgement for printing.
The digital proofs we provided spelled out the sign specifications such as materials, dimensions and the production method. They as well displayed a side view of what the finished product would look like. This is the only way for us to verify accuracy of the product prior to production and we ask our customers to verify the digital proof for accuracy. If anything is not clear on our proof, we are readily available to provide additional clarification upon request.
As a remedy, we offered to look at an alternative 3D sign solution, however, there was no interest in our suggestion so we could not do anything further to assist.

Very bad experience, please read!
Very bad experience with the exception of the actual finished product. Scheduling was a mess, they cancelled on the site survey and the installation last minute. Was bounced around on the phone getting no real answers. Almost completely ruined our opening because they “double booked” our installation. Actual installation was 1.5 hours late than scheduled. Would not recommend.
