My first purchase with frodio was pretty good I have the locs braided wig and i get many compliments from it so I purchased a second wig that was curly synthetic mixed with human hair. When I got the wig it didnt look human at all just straight synthetic it doesnt even look like the photo which was ai generated but i trusted it because my first purchase went well but this wig just looked like a wig I could get from party city and I spent $80 on this wig. Ive been waiting for a response through email since Oct 11th and still haven't gotten my refund. The only response I got was asking if I wanted a partial refund to keep the wig i responded no I want a full refund and a label to send it back and still haven't gotten a response back!

In fact this is the most dishonest company I’ve ever ordered from when trying to return their product and receive a refund. It started with a simple order of a braided wig, however once I received the wig the color was not right for me and I immediately started the process of making a return per their website policy. It has been over 20 days of me sending numerous emails for a simple request of the return address label to send the product back. All I get is auto generated emails stating they are experiencing high emails volume and someone will reach out shortly. (Still waiting) Tried calling, mailbox full and can’t leave messages. I was even asked in one reply to take pictures of the uncut/unworn/unaltered wigs as proof and verification that it was in it’s original condition which I immediately did and forwarded to them as proof. Still no return address provided. Now it’s close to the 30 day window for a refund and nothing has been done to make this right. All I want is for them to honor their pledge of Hassle-Free Returns. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WARNING ‼️ Please make sure you 💯% certain you want what you’re ordering because a return or refund may never happen. I am very disappointed in what was my first experience with “FRODIO” and certainly my LAST. Be aware of their return policy that doesn’t seem to exist.

I have purchased before from Frodio but always thru tik tok. This is my first time thru there actual website. Up until recently, I would have recommended them. Last year, I bought an 18-inch kinky curly piece and a water wave piece that both held up nicely. The reality and the quality were actually there. Unfortunately, what they are shipping this year is a reflection of pure fraud and terrible quality. I recently ordered a kinky curly ponytail, and it is completely unwearable. It is an entirely different, cheap curl pattern from the one they were shipping last year or displaying on website. To make matters worse, the hair is so severely fried and damaged that simply running my hands through the piece results in a fistful of broken, shedding hair. Frodio seems to be using a deceptive manufacturing method called "single-drawn filler scaling." They only put the true length you paid for on the very top row and the bottom nape row to create a visual "curtain" of length. The entire middle section is secretly packed with short filler tracks that stop halfway down, giving the ponytail a sparse, see-through appearance towards the ends. This was the absolute WORST quality I have seen to date. The quality they are shipping now is not what it used to be. Customer service is awful. Purchase only they tik tok so that your purchase can always be returned. Do not purchase directly from website out of tic toc. They ignore emails to avoid accountability.

I ordered two braided wigs. One wig i really liked but the other wig i didn't like the way it looked in personal. The Fulani wig i didn't like. I contacted Frodio company immediately. I asked them to send me the return instructions. They keep telling me someone get back to me. It has been emails sent back and forth for over a week. I contacted them a few after I decided to send the wig back. I couldn't understand why is it taking one whole week for someone to get me the return of after sending them pictures of the condition of the wig. I showed the wig in same condition. They had sent me. I don't like the wig. If I had saw this wig in person before, I would have never purchased. I don't like the way the wig look. The quality of hair looks different from website. I received wigs quickly after ordering on Aug 28. I received wig on September 1 st. I decided September 2nd to return. I contacted Frodio September 3rd. It has been back and forth emails without giving return instructions. Im so disappointed with this company's customer service. As of today a customer service representative contacted today and asked me to cut wig in half. So I can get my refund quickly and save on shipping cost. I never heard of such a thing. I refused to destroy wig. I believe they will refuse to refund after destroying the wig. DONT order from this company i believe they are scam. They refuse to refund my money back.

Don't fall for the Facebook hype, I order from frodio hair after seeing glow ads online, but when arrived looked nothing like advertised. the hair is dense cheap looking and completely sup-par. to make matter worse I reach out to customer support multiple times to since they dnt have a phone number only email sad; request return label and a refund I have been met would completely silence, a company with this level of quality and 0 accountability shouldn't be in business save your money and look somewhere else.

I am asking for someone at this company to contact me immediately. I have not received my order. (Wig) since July 29, 2026. Please refund my money back into my bank account!

I was skeptical about this company and rightfully so. I ordered two units and they never arrived. The tracking number said they were delivered to another state. I reached out to the company via email and submitted a fraud dispute with my bank. Next time, I'll follow my instincts.

Purchased a wig from Frodio. Right out of the box it was frizzy. Very poor quality. The picture of the wig looked nothing like the one I received. I do not believe the positive reviews are valid. Some companies pay for a service to write positive reviews. Frodio may be one of them. Don't believe everything you read or see. I do not recommend.
