This wig color was beautiful but the individual braids was sloppy.. fast delivery I was impressed but they have to do better with them half lace head wigs.

I recevied this wig on time. My husband didn't notice that I had it on. Till I said "Oh, you must like this one". He said "Wow, it look good on you. I thought it was your hair, till you said something". I LOVE IT. I'm going to name this one "BEAUTY". lol

I love they wigs easy to use get up and go i have at least 6 wigs now will keep supporting

My first purchase with frodio was pretty good I have the locs braided wig and i get many compliments from it so I purchased a second wig that was curly synthetic mixed with human hair. When I got the wig it didnt look human at all just straight synthetic it doesnt even look like the photo which was ai generated but i trusted it because my first purchase went well but this wig just looked like a wig I could get from party city and I spent $80 on this wig. Ive been waiting for a response through email since Oct 11th and still haven't gotten my refund. The only response I got was asking if I wanted a partial refund to keep the wig i responded no I want a full refund and a label to send it back and still haven't gotten a response back!

WARNING ‼️ WARNING ‼️ WARNING Refunds are not honored through their website as posted. In fact this is the most dishonest company I’ve ever ordered from when trying to return their product and receive a refund. It started with a simple order of a braided wig, however once I received the wig the color was not right for me and I immediately started the process of making a return per their website policy. It has been over 20 days of me sending numerous emails for a simple request of the return address label to send the product back. All I get is auto generated emails stating they are experiencing high emails volume and someone will reach out shortly. (Still waiting) Tried calling, mailbox full and can’t leave messages. I was even asked in one reply to take pictures of the uncut/unworn/unaltered wigs as proof and verification that it was in it’s original condition which I immediately did and forwarded to them as proof. Still no return address provided. Now it’s close to the 30 day window for a refund and nothing has been done to make this right. All I want is for them to honor their pledge of Hassle-Free Returns. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WARNING ‼️ Please make sure you 💯% certain you want what you’re ordering because a return or refund may never happen. I am very disappointed in what was my first experience with “FRODIO” and certainly my LAST. Be aware of their return policy that doesn’t seem to exist.

I haven't received a response from customer service regarding my purchase. I haven't received my wig. Keep getting the run around from ups. Asking for assistance with this matter. I've reached out twice to customer service on the website.

I have purchased 2 FRODIO wigs Veralux brand in highlight 20 human hair mixed and the Honey color. I own many other wigs these 2 wigs I wear the most! My goal is to own all colors. Yes! I love them that much the quality are great and they are so soft and so real looking I always get compliments when I wear them. Shipping of the product was quick and arrived in beautiful packaging with gifts included. Thank you Frodio! Please restock the toffee brown! I need that color!!!!

I recently purchased her wig and it got big, really fast in 2 days. I contacted customer service. They followed up with me pretty much immediately at sent out at the wig.
