Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service! Placed and paid for order for total of 12 "jars" on a buy two get one free special. Only received 10 "jars" Frisco refuses to fix their error. Suggest you shop elsewhere, someplace that won't rip you off or engage in "bait and switch" marketing! Response to reply from company dated 6/19 2026...TWO PLUS YEARS TO REPLY??? I stand by my review and have not and will NOT trade with this outfit that takes over Two Years to respond to a review!

We’re sorry you were unhappy with the experience, but we respectfully dispute the claim that Frisco Labs refused to fix the issue or engaged in bait-and-switch marketing.
We reviewed the orders referenced, including Orders #15862 and #15875. After the customer reported missing jars, Frisco Labs created a replacement order, Order #16198, at no charge.
That replacement order included 4 jars of Delta 9 Gummies with a full discount applied, bringing the order total to $0.00. The replacement shipment was fulfilled, shipped, and delivered under UPS tracking 1Z8W194W0301930831 on March 14, 2024.
The order notes also show this replacement was created specifically because the customer reported missing 2 jars, and Frisco Labs sent additional jars to correct the issue.
Because Frisco Labs provided and delivered a no-charge replacement shipment, we do not agree with the statement that we refused to fix the issue, ripped the customer off, or engaged in bait-and-switch marketing.
We value our customers and, when a legitimate issue is reported, we make reasonable efforts to resolve it. In this case, our records show that a free replacement order was created, shipped, and delivered.

This review is over due as Mr Frisco saved my life. I had a really bad situation that needed the best legal representation. I am older and had never been in trouble and then my life turned upside down with a criminal charge. I had no idea who to call and was embarrassed to ask to many people. A friend recommended The Rush Law Firm. I called and immediately got a call. Mr Frisco called and we discussed my problem at length. I just had a strong feeling he was who I needed, Boy was I right.!!!
Mr Frisco is a very straight shooter and will tell you like it is. He is also very personable and easy to talk to. The entire time my case was being handled I did not call him, I choose to let them contact me when they had news and I was kept very informed.
In life we never know how quickly it can change. I was devastated and scared. Mr Frisco gave me back my life. I am now getting on with life and things are good again. The world isn’t fair sometimes but I have turned this in to a positive. I am truly blessed to have had the resources to have to best representation. I would tell anyone looking for legal help Mr Frisco is the man. In terms of cost, great representation will cost good money but the big picture is the rest of your life. Mr Frisco fights for that.
