Do not buy false advertising pictures are not true products
I ordered what was suggested as good orange clementine OG kush online shows green with orange hairs and I went back and forth with multiple emails about pictures being accurate and true to what’s shipped. I was sent 5 lbs of brown trash. No green no orange just 5 lb of brown junk. I don’t know what the other review stating it was good and true to picture, that must be a 100% fake review. I purchase 20-30 units from multiple farms monthly from all over the country. This company is trash like the product I was shipped. At the end of the day they accepted the returned item and refunded the money. So I only lost $250 on shipping fees So we are clear I have been doing this 3o plus years the product can be in 7 bags where your product was in 2. I do not need to open it to see the color so let that argument go. As for the smell that would not change the color. I know green I know brown I know the picture online is green I know what I was shipped was brown. So let’s just stop. Thanks for return I’m happy to lose $250. Reason I initially asked for a representative to actually show me photo by way of FaceTime like many farms do. And you said no and my response was I guess I need to do this the hard way which was what we did that wasted time and money. It’s fine. Also the price the time of year etc… none of it matters. Bottom line. Pictures must match product

Hi Agostino, We’re sorry this order did not meet your expectations, but we want to clarify the full situation for anyone reading. The product photos / videos on our website are real photos, and the customer reviews are authentic. We do not create fake reviews or post false feedback. This same item has been purchased by many customers, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, including customers who opened the product and specifically commented on the smell, quality, and photo accuracy. This product was purchased on sale in the $400/lb range. At that price point, there are not many AAA indoor pounds available in the market, but we still felt this was a strong batch for the value. Our team reviewed this product before shipping, and we stand behind the fact that it was a solid product for the price point. It is also important to note that the product was returned sealed and unopened. Because the bags were never opened, the flower was judged only through multiple layers of vacuum-sealed packaging. Vacuum sealing, compression, and lighting can make flower appear darker from the outside of the bag than it does once opened. Orange Clementine OG is also known for its strong citrus/orange aroma, which cannot be properly judged through sealed packaging. Even though we disagreed with the claim that the photos were fake, that the reviews were fake, or that the product was misrepresented, we still accepted the return, inspected it, and issued the product refund in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility under our return policy, which is why shipping fees were not refunded. We understand that can be frustrating, but the product itself was accepted back and refunded. Frisco Labs ships directly from California and works with a wide network of farms and suppliers. California is one of the strongest flower markets in the country, and many vendors nationwide source from the same California supply network whether customers realize it or not. We believe the record shows that we responded quickly, provided return instructions, accepted the return, issued the refund, and resolved the matter fairly. We stand behind our products, our photos, our customer reviews, and the way this return was handled. Frisco Labs
