Any small UK business will tell you that Brexit has been an intolerable nightmare for those of us that ship our products into the EU. It's been a complete nightmare for months to get anything shipped over the border. Well, First Choice Shipping just sorted my first package, fully insured, back into the EU today. Massive thanks to Susan B. (give her a raise), for taking the time to screen share with me and make sure everything was done correctly. Excellent service and the price is brilliant. Can't recommend them enough.

Highly efficient staff

This was the first and last time I used FCS. It has been a frustrating experience. Ida was very proactive in responding. However that’s where the things end. Other staff gave conflicting requirements for shipping multiple times. Had to provide same details three times to get things rolling. It seems that they have new staff not properly onboarded.

better than expected international shipping! from start to finish everything in the setup proccess went super smooth. Great prices ,as well.
