I decided to try First choice shipping, I already use two shipping company’s that I have not had any issues with, but First choice had a better price. After the shipment missing deadlines I had over 20 contacts with First choice shipping. All of which were ignored and I just kept getting emails telling me that my shipment has been put into storage and I need to pay money to release it. I have never experienced this before and thought there must be a mistake. They then sent me documents relating to a different shipment, I kept trying to talk to them and contact them, I returned every email, I tried contacting via a form on their website. I eventually got hold of a person who responded to me. I will never use this agent again, I will also be suing them for loss of income and loss of stock as they have not been helpful or understanding. I will more than happily change my review if they manage to sort out this issue which is very much in their hands to rectify. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

the staff are disorganized, we have booked 3 appointments scheduled with Ida for consultation and we received no call at all, we had the same problem with the same person before where our emails were not answer and provide misleading and bad advice for the payment options here are our appointments FCS-01562 on 27/07/2021 FCS-01555 on 27/07/2021 FCS-01547 on 26/07/2021 Please check behaviour of your stuff

What the heck happened to my package? Why was it returned to the sender???

Spam to the email. Ask to give the estimate and after that, they just continue texting me. Don't work with them better.

Every time I create a shipment I need to call you guys at least 3times. You have the worst platform imaginable. No matter how many timesI complain it never gets fixed. Every time a new unpleasant surprise. Just an example: two days ago I created a shipment US to UK. I scheduled the pickup for the next morning. FedEx never came by. I called today and talked directly to someone at FirstChoice. She said sorry and scheduled a newFedEx pickup reassuring me that it will get picked up today. I hung up the phone and 2 minutes later I get a call from FedEx that the pick up scheduled was completely missing the address. It only had the city of Wellington, CO. How in the world do you guys function and retain customers???
