Leah and Jhonafe offered excellent assistance in setting up the brokerage and account, getting Canada business number all the way till creating the first shipment. The web portal is amazing, I have created the shipment around 9AM and it was picked up around 11ish. Seemless!!

Customer Service is excellent. Tobi answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way, either via phone or email.

Used First Choice Shipping for the first time to to expand our Amazon operations from USA into Australia. The process of setting up an account and creating a shipment and getting rate quotes was quite easy and everything worked great. My only complaint would be on the billing side. Even though we provided a credit card to be charged for the invoices and signed an authorization form, FirstChoice still limits you to $500 per shipment and I had to pay the amount over $500 just to create the shipment and before they are even picked up. I don't understand why that is necessary. What would happen if after paying the additional amount I change my mind about shipping or an order gets cancelled? Do I now have to request a refund? And how easy is that? Will there be fees for that? That part I don't like.
