I booked a flight at a promotional rate, was not able to get it. Ended up with another flight and more expensive tickets not happy with that but the people were friendly and helped

I didn’t enjoy using this website due to the purchase of my tickets were not accepted and I could not get refund any money back but I was thankful for Emily she took her time to help me find another flight
