Do not use this company, when you try to cancel anything, they try to tell you that you cannot because it is a promotion. I told them they needed to cancel and that I had read the reviews and then they said they would cancel also told them that I would not pay anything at all. They are a bunch of Scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible service we received from Jacob at FriendzTravel! While arranging our flight from Albuquerque to New York, Jacob went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely kind, understanding, calm, and patient throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about our situation and worked hard to find us a price we were truly happy with. What impressed me the most was his dedication. He stayed in touch with us, personally called to provide updates, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Jacob does. He didn’t just provide a service; he made us feel supported and valued. I’m truly thankful for everything he did for us. It’s wonderful to know that people like Jacob still exist. FriendzTravel is incredibly lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you so much, Jacob! You have earned our trust and appreciation. I would absolutely recommend your service to anyone!
