SÑR ANDRES They must commit exact prices of the flights sometimes the customer does not have enough money at their fingertips and they discount the money that is reflected in the platform without waiting for the customer that they will charge more than what I pay, the communication about the customer service assistants, they must be supportive and have valid arguments to explain some bad inconvenience not hanging up the calls to the customer, it helps in different ways to solve a small problem about customer reimbursement

Here’s an improved version of your review: I had a great experience working with Jenny Smith when booking my flight. She went above and beyond to find me the best deals, spending nearly an hour carefully searching for the perfect options to get me a great discount accros all carriers! While the payment process took a bit longer due to verification, and it took 1-2 hours to receive my e-tickets, the site is completely legit. Just be patient, as it’s part of their process. I highly recommend asking for Jenny Smith for excellent service!

Paid for tickets I did NOT receive. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Robbed me on Christmas! They’re the monster in my holiday horror story. Unbelievable. THIEVES!!!!! SCAMMERS! Will not refund my money even though they promised a refund per email.
