Darcy lopez was a great help! Very much appreciate her time and support

My experience booking with friendztravel was seamless, thanks to Alicia. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and patient throughout the entire booking process. She made sure I had all the information I needed and found me the best options for my flight. It’s clear that friendztravel prioritizes customer service, and I really appreciate her positive attitude and attention to detail. Keep up the great work!

I spoke to your agent/representative Alicia Gomez who was extremely polite and professional in attending to my concerns. She was very helpful in solving my travel issue. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

I would like to recognise a member of your team name MAX who assisted me today. Can I just say he is a credit to your company and his customer service skills are impressive. He resolved my issue with patience and professionalism. I cannot thank him enough. Many thanks Sylwia Houlston
