I was very nervous when I found out about this, but now I can say that it has been one of the best decisions I have made since I have improved a lot in my problem.

For the second time I've had this service only one time have I received the medication that I paid for the other time my medicine was crushed during delivery which was refused to be replaced. I canceled my service 2 months ago because I would pay and my medicine would never come they would always tell me it's at the pharmacy waiting to get processed I never could get a tracking number because my medicine was never processed that far it took them a mirror 4 seconds to take my card number and to charge my card and take my money then they take their sweet time and getting you your medicine if it even shows up customer service they say the same exact thing each person we're sorry we'll expedite it will give you $10 off the next order why would I want $10 off the next order if the order is not even fulfilled in the first place I thought this was a big company and they would stand by their product and their service which they don't the website's designed easy to take your money from your credit cards but makes it impossible to track your order through the customer service all they're willing to tell you is we will expedite we're sorry we don't know what's going on how can you not know what the other hand is doing how can you not tell this you don't feel on weekends when we call to find out oh our pharmacy is closed you promise three day delivery I spoke to customer service assuring that my order would be in before the 12th of this month which I had to have before the 12th cuz I'm going on vacation with my wife what do I need that medicine for it while we're all know what the medicine is for . Me not having this medicine puts my relationship and constant Jeopardy I rely on this medicine to keeping my marriage intact and allowing me to satisfy my other half how can I do that when they are constantly refusing to ship when they promise and giving you the same stupid answers is we don't know how can you not know and take my money so quickly you advertise for this medicine to work save your marriage do everything that is possible don't we have to get the medicine before we can make it work why would they make it so difficult for us to receive information on product that we already paid for and then it never shows up and they still keep your money and they use your card and reoccur a billing cycle and return not giving your medicine the fact you can never get past customer service and get to the main people for an explanation on where your medicine is at it's ridiculous if anyone reads this understand just because you paid for it and more approved does not mean Friday plans is going to honor it and send your medicine they have failed me in every step zero customer service support they all say they don't know what's going on they knew how to take my money they just don't know how to give the medicine that they promise on the internet and on TV before warned if you are relying on this medicine to save your marriage or even increase the frequency it won't happen cuz the medicine will never make it to you what a joke they'll give you a 10% discount on your next order why the hell would I want to make an order when they do not deliver the medicine they promise. Cut and dry I ordered it I paid for expedite shipping I tossed customer service and still no medicine and no way to check my order
