Hi Michael, It is difficult for me to determine why you left a low rating based on your comment. That being said, I have looked into your interaction history with our service team and see there was some confusion around a discount. Hopefully I can clarify here. At the time of enrollment, Friday Plans pre-authorizes your payment method. If a doctor prescribes you, we then charge the card. If a doctor does not prescribe you, the authorization gets voided. In this case, I see you contacted our service prior to a doctor prescribing you and noted that the preauthorization was higher than expected by $10. The agent modified the charge but as it was a pre-authorization there are no partial "voids". Once prescribed and charged (on 10/11), the corrected amount was refunded. Please check your payment method for a refund that should have appeared on, or about, 10/11 or 10/12. Additionally, I see that your order was delivered successfully on 10/13. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out within 60 days for a complete refund under our unconditional money back guarantee.

Hi Kurtis, I apologize for the frustration. I just took a look into your account and I see that there was a slight shipping delay related to your address having to manually be corrected by the pharmacy team prior to shipping.
